Answers to your questions
If you do not find what you are looking for here, our coordinators will be glad to help.
Is it safe to have treatment in Türkiye?
Türkiye has modern, well-equipped hospitals and experienced specialists who regularly treat international patients. We work only with licensed healthcare providers and physicians. As with any medical procedure, there may be risks, and your physician will explain these to you clearly before treatment.
How do you choose hospitals and doctors?
We consider the type of treatment, your medical reports and your expectations, then identify licensed hospitals and specialists with relevant experience. Experience with international patients, quality of communication and patient feedback are also part of our assessment. We share information about the proposed physician with you before you decide.
How is the cost of treatment determined?
Cost depends on the type and scope of treatment and on your individual health situation. Once a specialist has reviewed your reports, we send you a written quote that sets out clearly what is included. If your physician recommends a change to the plan after examining you, this and any difference in cost are explained to you and agreed before anything goes ahead.
How long will I need to stay in Türkiye?
Your length of stay depends entirely on the treatment and your recovery. Procedures such as a hair transplant or some dental treatments typically take a few days, while surgery usually requires a longer stay for check-ups. Your treatment plan will state the recommended duration clearly.
Can I travel with a companion?
Of course. Having someone you trust by your side often makes the journey easier. We include your companion's accommodation, transfers and, where needed, visa documents in your plan.
How will I communicate with my doctor?
We provide medical interpreters in Arabic, English, Turkish and other languages for consultations, treatment and check-ups. Your coordinator also supports you with written and spoken communication, so you clearly understand everything your physician tells you.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality; citizens of some countries can travel visa-free or with an e-visa. Where a visa is required, we help you prepare the hospital invitation letter and supporting documents for your application. The final decision rests with the relevant authorities.
What happens after I return home?
Your coordinator stays in touch after you return. We keep track of your check-up dates and, where needed, arrange online consultations or report sharing with your physician. We also make sure you receive your medical reports, which you can share with your local doctor.
