Check-up & diagnostics
A comprehensive check-up is a planned series of examinations, laboratory tests and imaging designed to give you and your doctor a clear picture of your current health. It can help identify risk factors or early signs of certain conditions, often before any symptoms appear. Packages range from general health screening to programmes focused on the heart, on women's or men's health, or on the needs of busy executives.
Türkiye's modern hospitals bring together laboratories, advanced imaging such as MRI and CT, and specialists from many fields under one roof. This makes it possible to complete most tests in a single visit with short waiting times and, where possible, to have results reviewed on the same day. For patients from abroad, it is a practical way to combine a thorough health assessment with a short stay in Istanbul.
Trend Link helps you choose a package that suits your age, health history and concerns, then arranges appointments, transfers, accommodation and interpretation. After your tests, a specialist reviews the results with you and explains any recommendations. If further investigations or treatment are advised, we help you plan the next steps, and you leave with reports ready to share with your doctor at home.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right check-up package?
The right package depends on your age, sex, medical and family history, and any current concerns. Once you share this information with us, we suggest a suitable package together with the relevant specialists. You can also add specific tests or imaging if your own doctor has recommended them.
Do I need to prepare before my check-up?
Most packages require fasting for several hours before blood tests, and some imaging tests have their own preparation. We send you clear written instructions in advance. If you take regular medication, let us know beforehand so the physician can advise whether to continue it on the day.
Will I get my results on the same day?
Many results, including routine blood tests and most imaging, are usually available on the same day, so a specialist can review them with you before you leave. Some specialised tests may take a few days. In that case, we send you the results and arrange a follow-up discussion, online if you have already travelled home.
What happens if something abnormal is found?
A specialist will explain the finding and what it may mean; not every abnormal result points to a serious problem. Further tests or a consultation with another specialist may be recommended. If you decide to have further investigations or treatment in Türkiye, we help you plan them; otherwise, your reports are ready to share with your doctor at home.
Can my spouse or family members have a check-up at the same time?
Yes. Many couples and families plan their check-ups together, with packages tailored to each person. We coordinate appointments so that your visit runs as smoothly as possible, and arrange shared transfers and accommodation.
Do the imaging tests involve radiation or contrast agents?
Some tests, such as CT, involve a low dose of radiation, and some MRI or CT scans use a contrast agent. These tests are included only when they are appropriate for you, and your physician will explain their purpose and any risks beforehand. Please let us know if you are pregnant, have kidney problems or have reacted to a contrast agent in the past.
