Contract with the Turkish market without carrying the risk of distance
We represent you on the ground in Türkiye — shortlisting the qualified contractor, coordinating negotiation, and monitoring execution through to handover.
We provide brokerage and representation for major real-estate and construction projects — connecting project owners and developers across the Gulf with construction, fit-out, and manufacturing firms in Türkiye. We do more than introduce the two sides: we shortlist the qualified contractor, coordinate the negotiation, and monitor execution on site through to handover. For 8 years, we have worked as a single point of accountability for coordination, so owners deal with one party instead of scattered contacts, languages, and standards.

Contracting remotely with a market you don't know is decided by what you can't see
Contracting with a market you don't know is decided less by price than by what you can't see.
How do you confirm a contractor can actually deliver your project's scale — not just on paper?
Who monitors execution on site when you're thousands of kilometres away?
How are contracts and obligations read within a different legal system and business culture?
And who stays accountable when parties multiply and language and standards diverge?
What we do
End-to-end representation between your project and the Turkish market — from shortlisting to sourcing.
Contractor shortlisting & pre-qualification
We shortlist construction and fit-out firms matched to your scope and budget, after on-site verification of real capacity and delivery record. Average shortlisting time: 10 working days.
Representation & coordination in negotiation
We represent you in negotiation meetings and coordinate both sides on scope, pricing, and contract terms — protecting your position and clarifying obligations before signing.
On-site monitoring & execution oversight
We track progress on site, flag schedule or quality deviations early, and provide regular, clear reports on execution status.
Sourcing from Turkish manufacturers
We source finishes, marble, hotel furniture, and systems from vetted manufacturers, matching required specifications and verifying quality before shipment.
Logistics support & shipping coordination
We coordinate shipping and export from Türkiye to the project site, and track supply documentation and timelines through to arrival.
Bridging the language & regulatory gap
We handle communication, correspondence, and technical terminology between the parties — so each side works in its own language and standards while we keep the agreement clear.

Sectors we serve
Why us
Concrete advantages, not general claims.
On-the-ground presence in Türkiye
A team on site that verifies contractors and monitors execution — not remote coordination by email.
A pre-vetted network
90+ contractors and manufacturers already assessed, so shortlisting starts from a known base, not from zero.
Dual-standard fluency
We read Gulf requirements and Turkish execution reality together, reducing misreads in specifications and contracts.
Single coordination accountability
One party is answerable for how the agreement runs, instead of responsibility scattered across contacts.
Frequently asked questions
The questions institutional buyers ask before they engage.
How are your fees calculated?
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins, based on the scope of service and project scale. We state the basis and timing in the proposal — no surprise charges later.
What is your role if a dispute arises between the parties?
Our role is coordination: we document what was agreed and facilitate communication toward a practical resolution. We are not a judicial party or a substitute for legal counsel, but we work to contain a dispute early, before it escalates.
Do you work on an exclusive contract?
We do not require exclusivity by default. An exclusive arrangement for a specific scope or project can be agreed when both parties wish, and is put in writing.
What is your responsibility if execution is delayed?
We monitor the schedule on site, flag any deviation early, and work to resolve it in coordination with the contractor. Contractually, meeting the timeline sits with the executing contractor; our job is monitoring, early warning, and pressing for the delay to be addressed.
Do you guarantee the quality of the contractor you shortlist?
We shortlist based on on-site verification and delivery record, and monitor quality during execution. Shortlisting is risk reduction built on clear criteria — not an absolute guarantee; the final contracting decision remains the owner's.
